My Approach

What if I told you that you can begin to understand how your emotions work both for and against you and put you back in charge of them?

I’m a licensed mental health counselor who is focused on helping individuals develop an understanding of the relationship between their brain and their emotional experiences.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts at Assumption University with a major in Psychology. Having always been fascinated by the human brain, I also minored in biology with a neuroscience focus. I remained at Assumption University to pursue my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with a dual concentration in cognitive behavior therapies (CBT) and child and family interventions. I am independently licensed by the state of Massachusetts to practice clinical work. My past clinical work experience provided me with extensive time developing individualized therapy approaches for adolescents and young adults.
