My Approach
What if I told you that you can begin to understand how your emotions work both for and against you and put you back in charge of them?
I’m a licensed mental health counselor who is focused on helping individuals develop an understanding of the relationship between their brain and their emotional experiences.
Background
I earned my Bachelor of Arts at Assumption University with a major in Psychology. Having always been fascinated by the human brain, I also minored in biology with a neuroscience focus.
