I am trained in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and mindfulness based stress reduction. I seek to provide individuals with a safe, welcoming space to explore their emotional experiences in a collaborative therapeutic relationship. I utilize techniques from CBT, DBT and MBSR to help individuals manage and understand their emotions.
